How much does Goalz cost?

Goalz costs $11 per user per month on the Growth plan with annual billing, which includes all five modules. Starter is $6 for a single module, Scale is $18 for multi-entity and advanced governance, and Enterprise is quoted. Monthly billing is 25 per cent higher on every plan.

When does billing start?

On the day you go live, not the day you sign the contract. Most vendors start metering at signature, which means paying for the 30 to 90 days of setup before anyone logs in. We do not.

Is there an implementation fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Import, configuration and onboarding are included on every plan. If you want us to run the migration for you rather than doing it yourself, that is also included on Scale and Enterprise.

Do we pay for every employee or only active users?

Accepted Answer

Only for users who need to log in. Employees who exist purely as records — for headcount, leave balances or historical reporting — are not billed.

Can we start with one module and add others later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter covers any single module. When you add a second, you move to Growth and get all five, because the modules share one data model and splitting them creates more billing complexity than value.

What happens if our headcount changes mid-term?

Added users are pro-rated from the day they are created. If headcount falls, the reduction applies at your next renewal rather than mid-term.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 21 days on the Growth plan with your own data imported, no card required. We would rather you test it on a real sprint than a sandbox.

Do you offer a discount for annual payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, annual billing is 20 per cent below the monthly rate. Multi-year terms and volume bands above 250 users are quoted on the Enterprise plan.
